Group Homes & Rental Properties
Through our group home strategy we're able to place tenants seeking safe, calm environments in which they can focus on their own success and growth. We often work with agencies, non-profits, or government organizations to ensure timely collection of tenant rent each month.
By creating a secure, productive environment with supportive amenities, we're also able to achieve rental income that is overall higher than most standard local rents. We then share a portion of this increased revenue with our landlord partners as a perk to ensure continued collaboration and ongoing community support.
